Thanks for replying. I am using Adobe Express in the Microsoft Edge browser on my laptop (HP Elitebook). Are there any other browsers you can recommend other than Edge and Safari? Closing and re-opening unfortunately does not solve it for now.

We recommend using Safari or Microsoft Edge. Closing the window and reopening it may be necessary. Can you try again with another browser?
