Problem with uploading and downloading files from Adobe Express

Hi, I'm having trouble importing PSD files into the app, and most importantly, I can't download anything. Everything worked before, but the problem has been occurring for some time. I'm using Mac OS, all application permissions are enabled, I've cleared cookies and cache, updated my browser and system, and tried other browsers. None of the solutions I found online work. Please help, maybe there is another way or some other settings in the system that I don't know about and need to be checked or changed?

 

When I'm logging into app with another Macbook  or in mobile app, everything is working fine, so the problem is in this specific computer, every attempt is ending with download failure monit.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Please try the steps mentioned below-

 

  1. Confirm which browser and Adobe Express version they’re using on the affected Mac.
  2. Check if System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Files and Folders shows download access for their browser (or for Creative Cloud if they’re using the desktop app).
  3. Try downloading to a different folder (like Desktop) to see if it works.
  4. Try resetting app data by signing out of Adobe, clearing site data (not just cache), and logging back in.
