Problema a agendar vídeos no Instagram ao Sábado

Todos os Sábados têm-me acontecido que os vídeos que agendo no Instagram falham e não são publicados. Isto raramente acontece ao dia de semana, sendo comum aos Sábados e não percebo o porquê.

Respondendo às questões:

As publicações no Instagram têm falhado aos Sábados, entre as 17h e as 22h locais.
A Adobe Express mostra sempre um erro (deixo exemplo abaixo, de uma publicação às 21h)
No último Sábado já não aconteceu porque como era sobre com publicações vídeo decidi fazer os agendamentos de publicações vídeo pelo META.
Neste momento estou a publicar mais vezes ao Sábado porque tenho um programa de televisão a decorrer, que necessita de cobertura nas redes sociais.

Já fiz refresh à ligação ao instagram várias vezes, mas parece não resolver.

I understand how frustrating it can be when content you've planned in advance repeatedly fails to post, especially if you're noticing a pattern on Saturdays.

To help us investigate further, could you please share:

Are you seeing any specific error message when the scheduled post fails?
Does this happen with all Instagram accounts or only a particular account?
Are the failed posts videos only, or do images/carousels experience the same issue?
Approximately what time are the posts scheduled for publication on Saturdays?
If you manually publish the same video after the failure, does it post successfully?

In the meantime, here are a few things you can try:

Ensure your Instagram account remains connected and authenticated within the platform.
Check that the video meets Instagram's current format and size requirements.
Try scheduling a test post for a different time on Saturday to see if the behavior changes.
Reconnect your Instagram account and clear any pending failed scheduled posts if applicable.

Só acontece com uma conta
São apenas vídeos, mas tanto em formato reels como formato youtube.
Estão agendadas entre as 17h e as 22h, como já expliquei.
Republicando, o erro persiste.

Caso o vídeo não preencha os vossos requisitos, simplesmente não deixa publicar, certo?

Thanks for reporting this! If it were your connection or account setup, you'd see it every day, not just Saturdays. Weekdays publishing fine and Saturdays failing points at something specific to those posts rather than your setup in general, which is worth pinning down.

A few things that'd help me work out what's different about the Saturday ones:

What time (your local time) are the Saturday posts usually set for? A specific recent example - date and scheduled time - would be ideal
When one fails, does Express show an error, or does it just quietly never appear on Instagram?
Is it every Saturday post, or only some?
Do you tend to queue more posts across the weekend than on a normal weekday?

I'm asking about timing and volume because day-specific failures sometimes come down to the exact time a post goes out, or how many are scheduled close together - but I don't want to guess ahead of your details.

Once I've got a concrete example, I can look into it properly.
