PROBLEMA DE DESCARGA PDF 90% Y NO AVANZA

Más de un año y no han podido solucionar este problema y es frustrante, afectan en el flujo de trabajo, cuando estamos pagando por un servicio que no funciona! Desgraciadamente nos amaran con la suscripción anual y no tengo de otra que usar por lo que ya pague pero es un verdadero problema! Ultima vez que uso expres. tengo que rehacer todo en canva!
