Thanks for posting about the issue. I tried recreating it, but it didn't encounter the problem. Can you describe the steps necessary to recreate it? Was the issue visible before you saved the file? Does it appear when viewing it at 100% within Adobe Express?

I tried converting an image to black and white with the duotone effect, lowering the opacity, and then saving it as a PNG. My resulting file didn't have the same artifacts as yours.
