I have only been using adobe for a few months now and I seem to be having problems accessing photos and templates. Neither are available to me this morning and its beyond upsetting.

Hi there,

Welcome to the community! Could you please tell us more about what happens when you try to access the photos and templates? Are you getting any error messages? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

We're here to help, just need some info.
