Problems accessing my Adobe Express account

My Premium access to Adobe Express was removed without warning from my Adobe Photography plan. I used the application for at least four years with unrestricted access, but after the payment system update, my access was restricted and I can't retrieve my stored files.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you share your Adobe ID so we can look into this further? Also, how are you attempting to retrieve your stored file? Please provide the steps you're following and explain what happens when you try, so we can better understand the issue.
