Problems downloading PDF files from Adobe Express

Hi, I have multiple files in Adobe Express that I can't download. I'm working from Android app, I've tried multiple fixes, eg. downloading single pages as jpg, but it keeps getting hung up.

 

Who at Adobe can I share a link to to check the files and get downloaded?

You can send the project link via community DM, we'd then request access to the project to investigate it. 

Also, let us know if you're able to download the project when working from a desktop browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox). Does the download fail happen only with PDFs, or do other export types also fail? Also, share a screenshot of any error message that appears to you while downloading fails.
