Problems making photobook

We frequently experience problems in making a simple photobook in Adobe Express: Photos that were inserted suddenly disappear from a page (an empty rectangle is shown) and from that moment on the program refuses to insert that particular photo in the same position or anywhere else in the book. We use simple .jpg files and never encountered a similar problem using other software. It is also unclear to us where to ask for help: we do not want to bother other users with this problem, but were unable to find a helpdesk. Any suggestions?

Can you share a photo you inserted into your photobook? Did you see an error message?

 

Here are some workaround that might help:
• Try editing from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
• Test in incognito or privacy mode. 
• Clear the cache/cookies from the browser

 

If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the photobook with the empty rectangle. Can you also specify the device, the browser and the OS version?
