Problems rotating objects on iPad

Hi there 🙂

I can not rotate objects on iPad.

Rotation handle missing for elements on iPad. I’m using iPad Air 5th gen with iPadOS 26.5 and Adobe Express 30.7.0.

Graphic elements (both Design assets and Shapes) can be moved, resized and flipped, but there is no rotation handle or rotate option. Two-finger rotation only zooms the canvas.

    Hi ​@JimmyLw, thanks for the specific details, that's really helpful!

    A couple of quick follow-ups:

    • Does this happen on every element type, or specifically Design assets and Shapes as you mentioned (e.g., does it also affect text or images)?
    • Have you tried force-closing and reopening the app, just to rule that out?

    I'm passing this along to our team with the details you've shared. I don't have a timeline yet, but I'll follow up here once I have more information.

    Hi. I’m new to Adobe Express, and I don’t know where the rotation options are supposed to be located. So, when trying the other 2 element types you mentioned, this is what I found;
    Text - No options to rotate found.
    Image - Here I followed the crop symbol, and then under ”Freeform” there is a rotate option. But I can see no handles to do this quickly.
    Restarting the app didn’t change anything.

    Hi ​@JimmyLw, this is really helpful, thank you for checking those other element types.

    Just to make sure I'm relaying this accurately to our team:

    • For images, when you say no handles to do it quickly, do you mean there's a rotate option in a menu (like Freeform) but no draggable handle on the canvas itself, so you'd have to use some other input to rotate it?
    • For text, is there any rotate option at all, even buried in a menu, or is it completely absent?
    • Also, could you share a screenshot or short screen recording showing what you see (or don't see) when you tap on a shape or design asset, specifically whether any handle appears around the selection at all?
