Here I am trying to render/download my monthly appx. 50 min. video and 2-3 DAYS later it still says "We're working on your video, you can download it soon..."  UMM...OK...A BUSINESS WEEK IS NOT "SOON"!!!  Video's done, BEEN done, I've watched it in the editing app multiple times to "give it time to process". I've tried on mobile AND PC, NOTHING! Video's done, it plays, ready to go, and been almost OVER 3 DAYS...Yet it's still "processing"...regardless of device or internet connection...WTF?! WHY WOULD I CONTINUE TO PAY FOR THAT TYPE OF SERVICE?! If you're not going to do the thing I pay you for, I won't pay! That simple! ...and I wonder how many will follow as your shiite continues?

What you’re describing sounds like a processing issue that should not be happening, especially across both mobile and desktop. To help us investigate further, could you please let us know the file format, approximate file size, and any specific effects or assets used (like animations or audio)? If possible, sharing the project link can also speed things up.

It's appx. 56minutes of screen recording with voiceover audio; zero
effects, zero transitions, zero animations, zero additional text, ZERO ALL
ELSE! It's a video file with voiceover audio.

If I can't find a way to do this through this paid service and I have to
bust out the entire computer and do it through FL studios then I'm
obviously not going to be in need of your services, at all.

ALSO, the language presented to me was that I was filling out a bug report
not posting to a community full of strangers whom I don't want to f******
talk to! Way to go Adobe! I think I'm submitting a bug to a company that
I'm paying for services and you put my s*** on blast way to go
m***********s! Let another idiot stranger email me I lite your ass up!
Membership fee rescinded! Now let the yuppie sheep, who I never wanted to
talk to in the first place, say what they got to say!!!
