    We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know which platform you're on? Are you using the app on a Desktop or a Phone? If you're on a Desktop device, try using another browser and if you're on a phone, try restarting the device to check if that helps.

     

    You may also try switching the internet connection to see if that works.
