Profile migration help

Hello, For some reason, we have multiple login profiles under this one Adobe account (oit_communicationsteam@state.co.us), primarily using Adobe Express. These two profiles are: Personal Profile and Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT). Our paid features for Adobe Express are tied to only the Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) profile, but the projects, brands, libraries are all within the Personal Profile option. Is it possible for someone at Adobe to migrate the content from Personal Profile (projects, libraries, brands) to the Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) profile so paid features can be used and projects, brands and libraries are not lost?
