I cant change my profile picture in adobe express

I have the same problem. 

 

I've changed the profile picture in my adobe account a long time ago, but it doens't seem to get through to adobe express. 

If I click on "settings" in adobe express, and I choose "edit" in account, I can edit everything BUT the profile picture.

But not within Adobe Express? Does signing out of Adobe Express and back in make any difference? If not, clearing the browser cache may help

Could you please elaborate more on the issue to help you further? Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you share the screenshot of the error? 

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
