Project Template note carrying over saved content

Cloning a new file from a Project Template isn't working: the new file I create shows a blank placeholder of the content I configured. Please fix ASAP.

Yeah, the template must've been in an older format or sans-references. I recreated and it seems to be working now. Thanks!

Can you confirm whether it happens every time with every file you perform this action on, or is it only this specific file that's experiencing the issue?

Can you try this with a new file and see if it's happening there? I'd also suggest trying once after clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that makes any difference.
