Projects have disappeared

All of my projects have disappeared. If I search for the file name I can find them however the folder itself no longer appears to be working at all. I"ve cleared my cache, and checked on multiple browser, and all of my browsers are the current versions.   Can any help?

If your folders are not showing but you can still find individual projects through search, it may be a temporary sync or display issue.

Here’s what you can try:

  1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Adobe ID used to create the projects.

  2. If folders aren’t loading, try accessing your projects directly via this link: https://adobe.ly/4euEuhH

  3. You can also check your Shared with you and Deleted sections to rule out accidental changes.

 In the meantime, your projects are safe, and we recommend bookmarking direct links for quicker access.
