Projects no longer viewable

When going to 'your stuff > projects' there should be a folder for my team named 'everyone' there we store all brand templates for content creation. 

 

Now there appears to be a bug, sometimes the 'everyone' folder is visible and sometimes it is not. I've tried logging in/out, refreshing the page but it still only appears intemittently and for some team members not at all. Everyone has been invited to this folder via mail and had access to it in the past, for the last two days it hasn't been working.

 

Team members cannot access our templates for content creation, is there something else I can do or will this bug be fixed soon?
