Projects Not Loading

For several days now, I have been unable to use AdobeExpress. I can see my projects, but when I click on them, they won't load on the screen. It is extremely frustrating to be paying for a product I can't use.

Hi @AANE,

 

We are sorry for your difficulties.  Here are some things to try.

1. Restart your computer.

2. Try using a different browser- the latest Chrome, MS Edge, or Safari.

3. Ensure that browser script blockers & VPN are disabled. JavaScript must be enabled to work with Adobe Express' web-based desktop app.
