Projects not loading

Sorry to hear about the issue and for not answering you sooner.

What type of projects are you trying to open? Is there a video or template? Do you see an error message? Did you create your projects on the new or old version?

Here are some workaround that might help:
• Try opening from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
• Test in incognito or privacy mode. 
• Clear the cache/cookies from the browser
