What are you trying to download? We recommend checking the Internet connection. Try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser. You may also need to use a different browser, such as Safari or Chrome. Sometimes, closing the tab and reopening it may help. You can log out, log in to your session, and try to load your projects again.

If the issue persists, please send a screenshot or a screen record so we can see what you're experiencing.
