Projekte werden teilweise nicht gespeichert und können im Anschluss nicht mehr geöffnet werden

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. The saving of projects should be happening as your are editing. If for some reason it is not saving the project it may be related to either a poor internet connection or something interfering with the connection.

You might want to test these:

Test in different browsers - Chrome, Edge, Safari
Try clearing the browser cache - https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
Test in incognito/private browsing mode - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464
