Previously, I created projects, on trial and working versions. But they disappeared with the transition to another profile, I ask you to return these projects and transfer them to the third profile

Projects in the Cloud are attached to the profile. How long ago did you change profiles? If you can log into your previous profile and if not too much time has passed, then you should be able to retrieve the projects.
