Published Webpage Failing Repeatedly

After creating a webpage, and publishing (or republishing) the link will work correctly one time, then crashes and forwards to an Error 404 Page. Multiple browsers have been used, caches cleared, mobile & desktop, website built from scratch and duplicated etc. Images removed to check for corrupt file etc. This problem has been ongoing for over a month

Same issue. I updated a spark page, and after publishing it goes 404. What’s up?

Hey @Joost van der Hoeven - thanks for posting, hoping to get this figured out together.

Was the document made originally in Adobe Spark? Or was it created in a newer version of Adobe Express?

While I check this further with the team, can you try duplicating the project and publishing the duplicate (to rule out a project-specific issue). As well as what browser you’re working off of and its version if available?

That’ll help us narrow this down and escalate if needed.

Appreciate your patience here. I know how important it is for those links to work reliably.

Hi Rose, Thanks for chiming in. Yes it is a page I’ve been curatief since the Spark days. IT has been shared with many students. Don’t want to recreate the link. AFK, But I’ll publish a duplication later today and report back.

Hi! Are you still having issues with this bug? We have been having the same problem since 6/1 and so far support has not been able to help us.
