QR Code URL Changed

A QR code I generated in Adobe Express last week (4/30) no longer goes to the URL I assigned to it — it redirects to adobe.com/express/fetuer/image/qr-code-generator

 

Is this some glitch or a result of a new update? Any way to fix it without generating a whole new QR code? I had materials printed with the QR and now it doesn't work!
