Quality Loss PNG

I am working on files that originated in adobe illustrator. When I tweak them and download as a PNG, I'm getting a major loss of quality. They look fine in the editor, but upon download, are hardly legible, and I can't choose a higher res from the download options. Image of export attached.

It shouldn't happen, we're sorry about that.

Was the document a template from AI? Did you try to download it in a different format as PDF? Did you try to resize your project? You can do it by clicking on "Resize" and choosing/customizing the file in the right-side panel.

Do you see any difference after changing the size?
