Really Poor Quality When Importing Video

When uploading a video into any Express project, the quality is degraded significantly. Colors are extremely blown out, contrast is extreme and the general quality is just blurry and poor.

I am not the original poster, but am having the same issue. Here is a side by side comparison. Video on the left was uploaded to and then downloaded from Adobe Express.

Please also share any details that might be relevant (e.g., how was the original video shot? is it an HDR video)
