"Recent" Tab now shows "Uploads" as well - Adobe Express File Management is extremely cumbersome and bloated

Adobe Express ease and quickness of use is rapidly getting compromised more and more.

Recently, the “Recent” bar that shows up on the bottom of the screen upon a log-in started showing every single uploaded asset, rather than just the Projects/actual Express files. This forced me to regularly suffer through additional menu navigation into the “Your Stuff” panel through the left navigation bar.

I do not understand why what’s supposed to be a very quick and minimum tap editing utility is piling up with all the design choices, on top of the innate sluggish nature of web based apps, that make it less fast and intuitive, while also lacking toggles that allows us to personalize these things according to our usage.

I even had to file this under “Bugs”, because for some reason, despite having a “Send Feedback” button on Express separate from reporting a bug, the actual Adobe Community page linked no longer features feedback and is limited to “Questions” and “Bugs”. Every part of the experience, from engaging with the product all the way to providing feedback feels like a chore cobbled together by AI nowadays that discourages the community from actually helping the product get better, because the only thing matters nowadays is chucking in more Gen AI features rather than prioritizing intuitive design that aligns with the core product values (fast & easy-to-use for Express, if anyone forgot).

For a decade long product (Spark → CC Express → Adobe Express), it’s amazing how so much of the fundamental aspects still lack in favor of cramming AI features to places nobody needs.

Thank you very much for the correct direction Tarun, I’ll re-post it there!

However, just to highlight the overall “bad and inconsistent experience”, I was brought to Adobe Community forum by the

process flow within the Adobe Express Web Client. So that probably needs fixing as well.
