Record Voiceover Not Working

After recording a voiceover, the platform freezes and doesn't save my recording. Not sure if it's too long?

We're sorry to hear about this issue. Please let us know the name of the browser you're using. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
