Recurring error message when downloading PDF

Good day, I have been trying to download a file to PDF as a file for three days in a row now, and this has always worked perfectly. As I indicated, it has not worked for three days now and I keep getting the same error message: ''An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again'' Where is it going wrong? What's the error? Is it a known issue now? I actually have to submit the file now, hopefully there will be a quick answer/solution. Thank you in advance Greetings Onno
