and now the icon is gone but still won't download or share cause "still working on it".

Sorry you’re running into this issue — that must be frustrating. 😔

It sounds like your video is stuck during export. A few steps that often help:

  • Refresh the page or restart the Adobe Express app.

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable.

  • If on the web, clear your browser cache; if on mobile, try restarting your device.

If the problem continues, could you share a screenshot or a short screen recording of what happens?

I gave up, used a lighter version (26Mo) to replace the rush. Now to is stuck with the upload clowd icon (see picture attached) et still cannot export my video as it states it is still "working on it".Capture d’écran 2025-12-03 100546.png

yes, did nothing. Left it openned all night too but still the issue remains.

Hi, the video is from my device. It weighs 84Mo, could that be the problem ? The main issue is that nowhere does it explain the problem but it wont let me download or share as it says "we are still working on your file" (it has been hours now). This is my very first intempt at makeing a video.
