Redemption Code

I don't know how else to explain this. Have been through this via email and phone call.. Please see that attached. Every time I do a redemption code, it defaults to the wrong email (with the poster googly eyes). I need to be linked to the account underneath with the stack of folders otherwise I cannot collaborate with the other account under Bronx Arts Ensemble.

I have removed your screenshot because it contains sensitive information, but based on what I can see, both accounts ***iek@bro********* have the same access rights and should, therefore, be able to collaborate with others.

Please provide us with a screen recording of your workflow so we can better understand the issue.
