Remove background DOESN'T remove background

The whole reason I signed up is to remove the background from a logo that I created. It didn't work

Hi,

When you say "it didn't work", could you clarify what you saw:

- An error message

- No error message, but the background was not removed at all

- No error message, but the background was not removed cleanly

Screenshots would help
