Remove background feature does not work

I am on IOS. I upload the photo, then get this error message. Then it just stays in a loading state indefinitely and doesn’t update. I have uploaded many images of these shirts before and successfully removed the background so I am not sure what changed.

Hi ​@Jay W. Olson Photo, are you still having issues with the Remove Background feature? I just tried using it on a desktop (Chrome browser), and it works fine with both in-editor and quick action workflow.

Would you be able to share a screen recording of the issue? That will help us better understand what you're experiencing.

Also, could you let us know which platform you're using?
