Remove Background still there

Hi there, I've used the software before and it removed all the white background before but now it's still there not removing the background at all

I just stumbled across your post and figured it's been a while since this came up. I haven't been able to recreate the issue, but I wanted to check in case you're still stuck.

Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies or trying a different browser/incognito mode can do the trick!
