Remove background tool bug

When I use the background remover tool. The app is reloading. When it works and I go to open the photo editor after removing background then the background comes back. Have to start over and over at least 20 times to make it work.

    I’m using the Adobe Express app on my IPhone 13. 
    IOS 26,5

    Adobe Express 30.3.1 in French

    On all images. I can do what I want but it take about 30 times. I reload the app, retry … 

    there is no internet issue

    To help investigate and reproduce this properly, could you share a few more details?

    • Which platform are you using Adobe Express on: web, mobile app (Android/iOS), or tablet/iPad?
    • Device and OS details
    • App version details - you can find this in the app's Settings or About section.
    • Image details- roughly how large is the file (MB) and what format (JPG, PNG, HEIC)? Very large images can sometimes trigger the reload behavior.
    • Does it happen on every image, or a specific one?

    If you're able to test with a different image and let us know if the same thing occurs, that would really help narrow it down. 

    Also, ensure that you’re on a stable internet connection, as most of the time, it's the internet issues that occur during the background removal process that stalls it.
