Render problems

Recently some of the renders I've been trying to use when making images having coming in all pixely when I use then despite them being crystal clear and smooth in my photos app. They didn't do that before now so I'm trying to figure why they're coming out all rough now.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry you're experiencing this issue.

If your images appear clear in your Photos app but pixelated in the editing app, it may be due to low-res previews, scaling artifacts, or export settings. Please try the following:

  • Ensure the app has finished loading the full-resolution image.

  • Check that you're not scaling beyond the image’s original size.

  • Re-import the image directly from your Photos app at full quality.

  • Review export settings to ensure high resolution and minimal compression.
