Replace Image properties

When replacing an image on a graphic, normally all properties would be transferred to the new image. That is not happening. For example, I have an image with the background removed, I choose Replace and pick my new image. When the new image is inserted, the background is not removed.

We're sorry for the delay. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, could you please share the screen recording of the issue? I tried to reproduce the issue; it's working fine at my end. 

 

You may want to try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
