Since I subscribed I have been having trouble getting my designs on the site. It freezes and does not allow me to move forward. How can I solve the problem that started right after I made my payments, previously I used the free page and I didn't have this problem.

Hi Since I made the subscription I have not been able to work well in viewing the web page as it freezes and does not advance. This has not happened to me when I have used the application for free for a long time, but now that I have paid for a year it does not work well. I am using a browser such as Edge, Google Chrome and the same thing happens.

Let me explain better.

I am creating a link (web page) and every time it wants to save it completely freezes and does not advance.

How can I do?

Welcome to our Adobe Express community!!

When you say you have trouble getting designs to the site, are you referring to uploading your designs from a local machine to the Adobe Express webapp? Does it happen for a specific file type? Have you tried working after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or working on any other recommended browser like Edge, Safari, Chrome, or Firefox? 

I'd also recommend you sign out of your Adobe account and sign back in to see if that makes any difference.
