Request for Assistance with "Grids" Functionality in Adobe Express

Hello, I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I've encountered while using the Adobe Express application. Previously, I successfully created two photo collages using the "Grids" feature, where the photos were automatically saved according to the selected grid. However, in recent attempts to create additional projects, I've noticed that although I upload photos to the application, they don't automatically save according to the chosen "Grid." I would appreciate an explanation of this issue and kindly request assistance in resolving it.
