Resize issue for digital assets

Hi Adobe Team, I'm struggling to consistently resize the images for different social media assets, at times it works and other times I just get an error please see attached. How can it be that certain images work and other don't

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please let us know what error messge do you get? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? 

 

Could you please share a screen recording of the issue?
