resolution is terrible

Why is the resolution so terrible now when you export files? it pixelates everything. I am using high res photography. The old Adobe express worked awesome and was so simple to build my graphics for social.

    I have had the same issue for three weeks and Adobe hasn't responded or done anything to correct it.
