Right side menu doesn't appear

I was wathcing a tutorial on youtube about text animation. The video shows a right side menu with special text animation options. But in my screen it doesn't appear. Even after i clicked on the white canvas just like he says in the video. How can i get to the right side menu?

The screenshot you posted is from the previous version of Adobe Express.

In the new version of Express, animation options show up when you select an object (text, image, video etc.) in the corrresponding panel on the left side. See the bottom of the screenshot below:

 

 

 

Note that, currently, the are no "global" animation styles in this version of Express.
