when inserting text in arabic the text can be alligned correctly to the right but the punctuation fails to be at the end of the arabic text and still keeps alligning to the right (ie the right place for arabic of punctuation should be on the left side - see pic) Thanks for looking into this.
Sorry to report that we still have this issue. How come it hasn't been fixed yet? Aren't RTL languages like Arabic and Hebrew not important to Adobe? Please address asp. Much appreciated.
Thank you for reaching out. I would like to inform you that RTL languages (Hebrew and Arabic) are not fully supported in Express yet. You can submit a request here- https://adobe.ly/3IpkMoz, as this page is being monitored by our product team.
Until now, Adobe Express doesn't have good Arabic support till now. However, I found the mobile application version of Adobe Express handles Arabic better than the web-browser, well at least on iOS.
Thanks for the suggestions, but that didn’t solve the issue. It still persists. We’re a multilingual newsroom with ten languages and this is pretty annoying.
We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Please check this link for more info:- https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
