safe zones missing in new desktop version

Up until last week when I started a new social post carousel or story, I had the ability to turn on safe zones for these posts.  Now with the new version, it seems that this has been removed? WHY.  This was so important to me, please put it back in or let me know how to get it back?!

@datura80 You can now find margins and safezones in the File menu. Hope that helps!

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
