Saving document changed design

Hi there, I just finished a design but as soon as I downloaded it, it changed and ruined the design. I'm not sure how to fix this. I'll attach a photo of a screenshot of how it's supposed to look vs. how its saving as a PDF. the main font completely changed and then the floral design up top got blacked out.

I'm sorry Download PDF is not currently working as you're expecting. I'm a developer on the Export PDF team, and I will send you a private message as to how you could share the document with us, to take a deeper look at what's going on and what could cause the issue.

Same thing keeps happening to me. That white square is not supposed to be there,only the image of the pencil in hand.

    Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Do you have a filter applied to the floral design? If so, we are aware of a bug in that area.

     

    But please do attach the screenshot for this and the font issue.
