Thanks for your patience. Are you trying to download that video? If so, what error message are you getting? Can you share the screenshot of the error?

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies
