Scheduled post not posting

I have refreshed the connection three times but my scheduled post will not work.

I'm sorry for the issues you are experiemncing here. Please could you I ask you to do the following?

1. Please share what social channel the post is failing on and the URL of the post? (you'll find this when you open the failed post)

2. If you are experiencing issues with Instagram/ Facebook connections, please can you ensure you have followed the instruction in this video? https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/connect-to-scheduler-by-upgrading-your-instagram-account-from-personal-to-professional/td-p/14011702 (99% of posting issues are related to not having the correct permissions)
