Scheduler not positing posts on instagram even if keys are refreshed and connected

I have reconnected the account, still does not work

We’re sorry the Instagram Scheduler isn’t posting your content😔. This often happens when the connection between Adobe Express and Instagram needs refreshing. Please try the following:

  1. Disconnect your Instagram account from Adobe Express.

  2. Reconnect it, making sure all permissions are granted.

  3. Refresh the access keys after reconnecting.

  4. Wait a few minutes for the system to register the new connection before scheduling your posts again.

If the issue continues, please share a screen recording so our team can investigate further.

Thanks for your response. We're sorry to hear about this. Your Instagram account may have been disconnected, or the access token expired. Please try reconnecting the account and let us know if that resolves the issue.
