Scheduling an Instagram Story / Reel not accepting static JPG images

@Andy Lambert Its been over a year and a half since this thread was created. I ran into the same issue in Adobe Express this evening when trying to post images to my Instagram stories via Express. I wasn't able to, so i ended up screenshotting the images I created in Express, opening them in instagram directly and then creating my stories post - of images only. It is possible. Can we get an ETA when this will be in Adobes pipeline?

SAME ISSUES HERE,

Spend over 2 hours last night with the Technical team taking control on my computer and they cannot even said why or fund any explanation to, AFter 2 hours of wating time, they wanted to reschedule a call with another team mate !! insane, this toosl are instead of helping are getting so bad that we do not use them, talking about 'adobe express' its so important to be able to reschedule a story, if the adobe team do not have any time to do it or the technical tema to do it just do not make us wasted time on remote control soloution for nothing !!

I mean this issue is over a year without any solutions !! SHAME

Hi! I totally agree! This so sad, to see that adobe express half does the job for social media. I try to add specific music to my post, the specific song I try to choose for my post I could not find on the platform. I try to post jpg for story and it does not work either..........

Very critical. I was very upset when I saw this on my first day of using the app. I bought a subscription specifically for the purpose of using it in stories. The content is 50% photos and you can only post videos 😞

Unfortunately… NO!

I try every few weeks but I always have to go back to Facebook Scheduler to post a Story., which I would really preferer NOT to use! But at least it excepts static images.
