screen freeze

every time I open a new project the screen freezes like this and it doesn't get better even though my internet connection is good.

Does this only happen for new projects, or an existing projects as well?

Could your share the URL of one of your projects where this happens (from the browser's address bar when the projects is open)? Or send me a direct message with your adobe id (email used for login).
